Over the past 100 years UnitingCare has grown and now cares for more than 30,000 people every day with 7,000 staff who are generously assisted by more than 3,000 volunteers.

A note on religion
People in the community might think of UnitingCare as a church organisation, only interested in religious people as staff and as clients. That’s not true.
We reach out to the whole community, whether they are other denominations of the Christian religion, Buddhists or Muslims or they have no religion at all.
We still care for each and every person and we still want to provide for them and offer them an opportunity to reflect upon their own spirituality. That’s very important to us.
